Conflicto de competencia entre el Juzgado Primero Penal Municipal de Facatativá y el Juzgado Veintiuno Penal Municipal con Función de Conocimiento de Bogotá, en torno al trámite de la acción de tutela de la referencia.

Tras advertir que el actor eligió presentar la demanda ante los jueces de Facatativá, considera la Sala que se debe respetar esta voluntad y, en consecuencia, decidir el asunto ordenando al Juzgado Primero Penal Municipal de dicha localidad, que a prevención y sin dilaciones, proceda a tramitar y a decidir de fondo la solicitud de amparo presentada.
